Photography, video, audio recording and your privacy

As a non-profit organisation we may use photography, video and/or audio recordings for promotional purposes, to help us raise funding and as a record of our annual festival, Leamington Looks Back.

Our festival photographers adhere to a strict code and wear identifying badges. We do not identify individuals by name unless given written permission to do so.

Photography of children

We follow guidelines drawn up by the NSPCC on the use of images and video online, to safeguard a child’s privacy. Children are not identified by name and we seek to obtain  parental permission for photographs and videos of children under 16.
